Students in Higher Learning institutions in Tanzania are in need of a services which will give them some information for them to make decision within reasonable timing and without hassle. E.g getting Information (using Mobile phones )about Loan status, Accommodation Status, Tuition Fee status, Exams result etc while still on leave/vacation in their villages

A network of gender based violence responders in the Kibera slum are educating young women and girls about how to prevent and respond to sexual violence. They would like to have an SMS shortcode that connects with a responder who can help lead victims to appropriate legal, psycho-social and medical response (via @jlundine)
